I can see by the view count on my videos that most people like to see what others have done wrong.It makes you laugh,it provides you with something to talk about-it’s human nature to want these things. Although these videos provide a message-this is not my intent for Sparky U Online.
My purpose is to motivate and drive you all to think,feel, and act as a professional electrician and a individual with a positive purpose.This is the personal development part of my site I strive to impress upon you.It is my hope that you will take action to improve yourself.When you improve yourself,it will show in your work as well.
Today,right now,this minute we all face challenges daily that we have to overcome.Economic times are hard on everyone but through some self discipline,hard work and help from others we can get through these times.
Once life changes for the better we must continue our self improvement efforts.It doesn’t or should I say,should not,stop in the good times.We must always work at improving ourselves and our jobs.Take the extra step,go up and beyond what is expected of you.
It is called human nature.
I know that this may not make you want to jump up and down with joy because of your current conditions, but if you start right now,working or not, on self-improvement and self development, your life and career will change for the better.When you see these positive changes occur you will get excited and will be able to provide more for you and your family.It creates a positive effect on your self respect and your self-image.
